There are times when a snail is the lucky one
Everything at all times on his back;
The boxes and the sacks are full
There is only one thing that you lack.

I'm your neighbour of which you've dreamed
Always there to lend a hand;
Now you'll have to find your way
In what'll seem like a brand new land..

Off to new horizons a couple of counties away
We're missing you already and hope your labels stick;
So that you will find your comforts and your bits and bobs
As through a whole lorry load you have now got to pick!!
Welcome to your New Home!

I would have sworn it was in this box
But to no avail;
It's always just what you need
That'll make you wail.

Everything in it's place but not a knife in sight
Just where have they all disappeared too??
Everything else has turned up now
So eat up! a spoon will have to do.
Good Luck!

It all seemed to have so much space
But now it's oh so full;
But warm and cosy says a lot
If I'm describing wool.

Sorting and thinning out
Is what time will only tell;
That choices made to parting
You have chosen well.

I only wish that I could have come
I'm missing you all right now;
You've been lovely neighbours
I wish you well anyhow.

Wishing you always—
Walls for the wind
And a roof for the rain

And tea beside the fire—
Laughter to cheer you
And those you love near you—
And all that your heart might desire!

Well done! you've found a house
One that you can at last call your own;
We're sure that very soon
You'll be able to call it home.

Lots of bits and bobs
That make it all feel yours;
We'll be round as soon as you're done
And you can give us a tour?

New views from all your windows
Across new neighbours lawns;
Can't find all your things yet?
They'll be boxed and you will yawn.

It will be exciting but worth it
Strange just for a little while
As you will settle in soon
And it will make you smile.

New parks and walks and things to find
New streets and shops, new ways to work
Just don't forget all your old friends
Or we will go berserk.

Don't forget the invites for any help you need
Or a housewarming party so what do you say;
Painting or humping furniture?
We are already on our way.
