Ask for your healing to take place;
Then take the steps that will get you there

That's been going around;
Then snuggle down and sweat it out
Couple of days-Gone-I'll be bound!

It's been a while now from the op
Your bionic knees in place;
Stretch and bend are those two words
That will be right in your face.
But not to worry help is at hand
You have a list of walkers who;
Have volunteered to be by your side
And go everywhere with you.
It'll be worth improving fast
Just to get rid of us;
I suppose you'll say anything
Even getting on a bus.
We're all behind you so Get Well Soon!

Hankies and tablets, lemons and balm
All are necessary to keep you calm;
Stressed out because you can't do
Just let us take care of you.
Your body has just said I need a rest
I'm so used to being the best;
It won't take long to heal and convalesce
Catch up and read it will all get done nonetheless.

That car, the one that got away
Certainly knocked you for six;
They've done a good job on you though
You've still got all your bits.
All in working order they said
That's got to be a marvel;
Superwoman that's what you are
Soon be ready to travel

Those Get Well potions and medicines
Have certainly done the trick;
You're looking fabulous once more
You're in brilliant nick.

Keep eating those veggies
That's where the vitamins are;
I'll bring you some soup
I've got it in the car.
Right in the heart of the matter
Is our nutrients and food;
So whatever exercise you've been up to
It's not done you much good.
We wish you well and hope you'll soon
Be back on top of your game;
We miss you down at work
Without you just isn't the same.
