Smells coming from the kitchen;
You make us all so happy
All you do our lives enrichen.

We'll get you under the mistletoe
Just for a little peck;
It makes you giggle and we like that
So whatever, what the heck!

Sparkling tinsel matches your eyes
As they glisten with tears and emotion;
All the memories are clear from the years
Quieter now, not all that commotion.

The years have come and gone
But our love stands the same as ever;
We love you Mom so very much

Christmas Poems for Mom

We know you're Mommy Santa
We recognised your legs;
As Santa was kissing you on the stairs
As sure as eggs are eggs.

Our snowman melted
And his carrot dropped off;
Will Santa still know
We're poorly with a cough.

Or did Rudolph eat the carrot
Whilst they came by;
Mummy did they really come
Do tell us, do try.

We love you very much dear Mom
With hearts full right up to the top;
Every year it gets more and more
We don't think it will ever stop.

Mommy dear I hope it will be
The best ever present that I could give;
A little box full of love
I'll love you as long as I live.

If heaven is where I go
Then I'll send you love from there;
As no matter wherever I am
You know I will always care.

We miss Dad too you know
We maybe young but we're not blind.

So think of baby Jesus
And how he brings life;
One day you'll be reunited
You will still be his wife.

Do all things in memory of him
He'd want you to you know;
Help us rebuild our lives too
He'd want you to help us and show.

Lets play in the snow and do the things
That will bring us all closer to him;
Decorate the tree and make some cakes
Celebrating Christmas will not be a sin.
